2016年开始接触萨提尔成长模式。参加了许多不同的课程,包括家庭雕塑、萨提尔冰山模式、萨提尔个人成长工作坊(初级和进阶)、情绪工作坊、哀伤治疗工作坊等/Started to learn about the Satir Growth Model in 2016.Participated in many different courses, including Family Sculpture, Satir Iceberg Model, Satir Personal Growth Workshop (Basic and Advanced level), Emotional Workshop, Grief Therapy Workshop, etc.

在2023年，曾与一位注册辅导员共同带领了青少年情绪工作坊/In 2023, I co-led a youth emotional workshop with a registered counselor.
